This Group Training is designed to help you take your health and fitness to the next level! The classes include a workout with different equipment, so if you have equipment, great, if not I have a shop online you can order equipment from or there lots of things in your house we can use, just let me know. The lengthen and strengthen series is a class of one minute exercises, followed by one minute of cardio and one minute of stretching. The last 10 minutes of this class is our mindfulness piece. Get a great workout to fun music and finish with a guided stress release.
A surprise workout in a class that changes every week! One week is upper body, another lower body or cardio bursts, body weight, simply weights or just bands. Change it up with a safe workout every week, check it out! You’ll have a great time with Bari in the class learning something new. Open to all levels.

This class is 10 sessions for $150

The Tuesday and Thursday classes at 8:00 a.m. The Saturday class is at 9:00 a.m. they are all one hour long with cardio, strength and core work . We move to great music and Bari always shows modified exercises, if needed. Burning calories is the way to go with these classes. From fun moves to music to isolated exercises to target those bits we love to chase!

Setting goals and achieving them! Either set up a consult ahead of time or just jump into class and you will achieve what you set out to. I will set up a routine for a series of classes that target just those muscle groups and more. Knock it out in 45 minutes!
